IdeaPress is a product by Idea Notion that allows users to create native mobile applications from websites that use the WordPress CMS system. Originally conceived as an open source project mainly used by developers. Microsoft apporached Idea Notion and challenged us to create a wizard to allow the system to be used by anyone with a WordPress website. After the successful launch of IdeaPress for Windows 8, we developed the system further to create apps for Android, iOS and Windows Phone.
Users can use the online wizard to create applications without writing a single line of code and are given hybrid native/HTML apps that can function on any platform, while also taking advantage of the native features of each platform.
