I came across a stupid issue with Android SDK on running Windows. It is actually well “documented” bugs in many forums. If you install the SDK under C:\Programs Files (x86)\…, chances are you will see this error below.
One of the way to fix this is to just uninstall the SDK, and re-install to a more friendly path like c:\android.
